Master Planning

Master Planning includes site analysis of existing conditions, scaled base information, preliminary master landscape layout plans, revisions, client meetings, detailed plant list, maintenance schedule, construction details, and landscape lighting plan.

Construction Project Management

Management of a project includes the following steps of construction and installation:

  • Written Construction Specifications

  • Contractor bid package dispersion

  • Plans submitted to Neighborhood or Architectural Review Boards

  • Contractor bid collection and review

  • Written Summary of Bids mailed to client

  • Organizing/scheduling of contractors

  • Quality installation inspections during construction

  • Review of contractor payment requests

  • Final walk through/punch list prior to any contractor receiving final payment

Site Accessories

Once your beautiful outdoor living space is installed, Graham Kimak Landscape Designs, LLC also provides their clients with various options for site accessories. We can offer proposals that include pictures and recommendations on the following: outdoor patio or pool furniture, cook station needs, fountains, planting urns, light fixtures, light posts, window boxes and other amenities. Just ask!

Hourly Consultations

A consultation is typically used for proper plant maintenance, drainage issues, overall conceptual ideas and visions. The consultation often leads to a written proposal for landscape drawings and details.

Siting Homes & Driveways

This service is the first step a client and his/her architect or builder may request for a design opinion for new construction. Standard concerns are the following: proper drainage, slopes, garden layout, hardscapes, and sun directions.

Garden Club Lectures

Graham Kimak will provide lectures for garden club meetings. He will come to your scheduled meeting place and can tailor a lecture to your club’s interests.
